Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 07 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 07 days from the date you received the digital product.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the digital product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The digital product was purchased within the last 07 days
The digital product has not been downloaded or accessed
The following digital products cannot be returned:
The supply of digital products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of digital products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.
The supply of digital products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and that have been accessed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any digital products that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Digital Products
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the request for cancellation to us. You should send the request to the following address:
We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from cancellation requests that are not communicated appropriately. Therefore, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. We are unable to issue a refund without your confirmation of cancellation.
Gifts:
If the digital product was marked as a gift when purchased and then sent directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your return request is processed, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the digital product wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
